Early Registration for PreK and Kindergarten 2026-2027

Yoakum Primary Annex School will have pre-registration for all PreK and new Kindergarten students for the 2026-2027 school year on Wednesday, April 22, and Thursday, April 23, 2026, from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. The following original documents are required in order for your child to be completely enrolled:

• Certified Copy of Student's Birth Certificate (not the complimentary one from the hospital)
• Student's Social Security Card
• Student's Up-to-Date Immunization Record
• Parent/Guardian Valid Photo ID/Driver's License
• Proof of Residency (current lease agreement or utility bill with name and service address printed on the bill)
• Medical Insurance Card or Medicaid Card - for PreK students only
• Legal Guardianship Documentation is required if student is not living with his/her parent.
