Surplus Property - Invitation to Bid

The Yoakum Independent School District invites sealed bids on the sale of miscellaneous items.  Included, but not limited to, are these items: metal tower stand, metal lockers, work tables, furniture, office equipment, file cabinets, power tools, metal pieces, etc. All items will be sold as is, with no guarantees.

Beginning Tuesday, March 24, 2026, bid sheets and instructions may be obtained at the Yoakum I.S.D. Administration Office, 315 East Gonzales Street.

Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the outside of the envelope marked “Bid on Surplus Items”.  The deadline for submission is on or before 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 7, 2026.

Items may be viewed between the hours of 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. Monday – Friday at 315 East Gonzales Street. Other items are located in the maintenance yard at 813 Migl Street.
