The Texas Primary Reading Inventory is an assessment tool that provides information on students' reading and language arts development.  It is used for students in Kindergarten through third grade and is given three times per year, beginning, middle and end of the year.  The TPRI provides a balanced approach to reading instruction.
The Texas Early Mathematics Inventory is designed to assess mathematics content found in the TEKS, Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills.  The TEMI helps to identify students who are struggling and may need extra help in math.
