High school students in Texas who entered 9th grade in the 2011-2012 school year or later are required to take End of Course (EOC) exams upon completion of the following courses:
Students have 4 hours to complete the Algebra I, Biology, and US History exams and 5 hours to complete the English I and II exams, which have both reading and writing portions. All exams must be passed for a student to receive a high school diploma. More information about state testing can be found on TEA's website.

Summer Retesting will be during the week of June 25-29.
Students who are retesting should report to the main building of the high school by 8:00 AM on their assigned testing days.
Students who entered 9th grade prior to the 2011-2012 school year are required to pass the TAKS test to earn a high school diploma. The TAKS test is no longer being offered, but students can attempt to take the matching EOC tests in order to gain their diplomas. Please see the counseling department if this applies to you.
