UIL Athletic Physicals
Boy's Athletic Physicals: April 25, 2011 at the Athletic Fieldhouse. Boys need to be lined up by 4:45 p.m. First Come First Serve.
Girl's Athletic Physicals: May 5, 2011 at the Athletic Fieldhouse. Girls need to be lined up by 4:45 p.m. First Come First Serve.
The local physicians of Yoakum provide the athletic physicals for FREE on these two days. If you choose not to wait your turn and have your physical done on the assigned dates then you will have to pay for an athletic physical. All UIL paperwork has to be completed and turned in before the student can have a physical. If you have any questions regarding the athletic physicals please call Coach Koliba at 361-293-3036.
