Students at YJH no longer have lockers. Where do they keep their books? Each student keeps their books at home. Each teacher has a set of books for the students to use during class.

We have seen a number of benefits since the program's inception. Since the students aren't carrying books back and forth to school, the books last longer. Students don't lose or forget their books, and they don't have to carry as much weight around with them. The halls are much quieter and students find it easier to get to class on time, since they don't have to get things from their lockers.
