- Applicant must be member
in good standing of Sons of Herman
Lodge #90, Yoakum, Texas
|
|
- Student
must be a senior with an average of 80 or
above. Please attach transcript of
grades to application.
|
|
- Student must plan to
attend a four-year college, two-year
college, or trade school.
|
|
- Scholarship payment will
be sent to the Registrar of the
college or trade school to which the recipient has been accepted.
|
|
- Deadline for application
of this scholarship will be set by
the scholarship committee.
|
|
- Include a small
photograph for publicity
purposes.
