related to general data processing. Special emphasis is placed in
basic computer operation, information processing, applying the general
capabilities
of database management, demonstrating basic electronic spreadsheet

teleprocessing and integrated software systems, computer operations,

generated graphics, algorithmic approaches to problem solving, and
programming.
This course can earn you 4 hours advanced placement credit at Victoria
College.

to accounting emphasizing the need for financial records. This

provides a basic foundation for college accounting or bookkeeping and

the student to record and summarize business financial records.

applications are included. Accounting practice sets are utilized

simulate actual experience in the preparation of accounting financial
records.
This course earns 3 hours college credit at Victoria College if taken
during
Junior or Senior year at YHS.
