Approaching Unity
Another Look At Quality Control
As unity is attained, productivity is improved
Goals must be capable of being translated intact from policy to operations (no change in translation). A rational system is able to set goals and move its operations closer and closer until unity is attained via feedback.
Testing must be congruent with system objectives.
Test results must be translated to specific work changes.
Results must be systematically improved and maintained over time.
